In honor of the holiest of holy days, The Sword will be hosting Sirius’ Contact High show on Hard Attack tomorrow (Thursday, 4.20).  They will be interviewed and countdown the top stoner rock artists ever.  Tune in.  Details below.

For some people, every day is CONTACT HIGH DAY. But if you’re the type of “head” who actually owns a calendar, you know that April 20th really is CONTACT HIGH DAY! For real! And at Hard Attack, we’ve got big plans for our favorite holiday! Join Hard Attack host and High Times scribe Bobby Black, Hard Attack grand poobah José and up-and-coming stoner rock band The Sword in celebrating the nation’s only coast-to-coast stoner rock show’s two year anniversary!
We’ll be rocking jams by the greatest stoner bands ever, including Monster Magnet (we’re gonna give their 26 minute long “Tab” its SIRIUS debut) and Sleep (we’re gonna roll with their hour long epic “Jerusalem”!). Oh yeah, we’ve got an open mic forum with members of the “community” at 7:20 pm ET (that’d be 4:20 pm on the west coast), we’ll be contemplating reality with The Sword at (about) 8 pm ET, and at (about) 9 pm ET Bobby and The Sword will count down the best stoner rock artists ever. Make sure you’re stocked up on papers and munchies, you won’t want to miss a minute of our righteous celebration!
