New Langhorne Slim album “Be Set Free” to be released soon!

One of the most endearing and standout qualities of Slim’s live shows is his devotion to bringing out the little miracles in his gospel-like music. Be Set Free has captured this charisma and spirit – the “hold you heart” moments and “raise a drink” dance vibes – and is beautifully fulfilled through lush string arrangements and the fine sonic talents of drummer Malachi DeLorenzo and new bassist Jeff Ratner. Langhorne’s strong vocals lead the journey blending poetry, chaos, and the wisdom that reflects a broken heart battling the perils of true hope.
Be Set Free is Langhorne’s most cinematic and cohesive effort to date. In addition to crafting his music, Langhorne constantly works on his performance. In his most recent tour, he’s played a show basically every single night. This summer, Langhorne will perform such gigs as Lollapalooza and the Newport Folk Festival.
